About the Guide
Sollena
I am a guide for moments of rebirth, reclamation, and becoming.
My work is rooted in the natural world and shaped by years of listening — to bodies, to nature, to what lives beneath words. I support individuals and families as they reconnect to their inner authority and remember their sacred nature.
I do this work because I know what it is to lose one’s voice — and how to reclaim it.
The Path That Shaped the Work
My guidance is informed by lived experience, study, and long relationship with nature and Earth.
Before stepping fully into spiritual and ceremonial work, I spent years as a photojournalist, developing a sensitivity to image, emotion, and what moves unseen beneath the surface. I later worked as a birth coach and early childhood educator, supporting families through pregnancy, labor, and early parenting — experiences that continue to inform how I hold thresholds with care and clarity.
I am the mother of five children, each birth a profound teacher. My daily life is shaped by homesteading, ceremony, and the ongoing practice of listening — to land, to spirit, and to the intelligence of five incredibly wise and profoundly loving teachers, my children. Whether I’m tending a fire or a child’s heart, listening to the wind or to a client in session, I bring reverence and presence to each interaction.
Training & Orientation
I am a certified Master Transpersonal Hypnotherapist and a certified Waldorf school educator, with over 25 years of study in human development and consciousness through multiple lineages and lenses. My work draws from hypnotherapy, energy healing, somatic awareness, consciousness mapping, and earth-based ritual, as well as ancestral and pre-modern wisdom traditions. But more than anything, I am in relationship—with the Earth, with spirit, and with the elemental forces that have held and shaped me.
While credentials inform my work, relationship grounds it.
I do not offer formulas or fixes. I offer presence, discernment, and clear guidance — rooted in accountability and respect for what is sacred.
How I Guide
I am gentle and direct.
I ask questions that open doors.
I offer reflection without rescue.
I work best with those who are ready to participate actively in their own becoming — those willing to listen, choose, and act.
Whether I am guiding a ceremony, supporting a birth, or walking beside someone reclaiming their voice, my role remains the same: to witness, to orient, and to help you step forward in alignment with your truth.
An Invitation
If you feel called to bring something true into the world — a life, a project, a new way of being — I would be honored to guide the passage.
