Support through the In-Between

There are seasons when you feel uncentered.
What once felt clear no longer holds.
What once guided you feels distant.
From the outside, nothing may have changed—but internally, you know something has shifted; you hear the call, and your feet are searching for new ground.

And without a clear next step, it’s easy to start searching.
For answers.
For direction.
For something to make it all make sense again.
This isn’t a problem to solve.
It’s a transition.
I’ve been working with women in this space lately.
Women who aren’t lost—but feel disconnected from their own steadiness and inner center.
And what makes the difference isn’t more insight or effort.
It’s support.
These women had the insight and did the effort.
They are highly aware, self-accountable, heart-wise and dedicated practitioners of conscious growth. Yogi's, pet mom's, meditators, nature-lovers, grandmother's and mama's who are just as compassionate and benevolent with humanity's heart-space as much as their own.
They weren't lacking in awareness or effort.
They needed something else.

Space to slow down.
To listen, and be heard.
Tune into the heart-field.
To be with what’s changing without rushing past it.
When you’re supported in this way, something softens.
The urgency quiets.
The pressure to figure it all out fades.
And in that space, your own clarity begins to return— not forced, but felt.
If you’re in that in-between right now, you don’t need to push your way out.
You need to be supported as you find your way back to yourself.
